At SaltWrap, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fit; that is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or your replacement items will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
